所谓“分层递进教学”,就是根据不同的学生,实施班内区别教学,以使教学要求适应学生学习可能性的教学形式。它充分地承认学生发展水平的个别差异,注重让学生各方面素质获得均衡的发展。它既能有区别地对待不同层次的学生,又能避免按程度分班造成的“贴标签”现象所带来的消极影响!既能促进学业不良学生逐层提高,又能使其他学生得到良好发展。
