自经济全球化浪潮以来,全球经济休戚相关。而在经济危机的影响下,全球经济发展动力不足,为有效解决这一问题,IBM于2008年首次提出智慧城市的相关概念。目的是在经济危机后为世界经济发展及复兴寻找出新的发展路径。智慧城市的概念由于具有很强的现实可操作性,因而在我国的多个城市已经得到试点,为经济危机后城市的复兴发展创造新的机遇。本文首先分析了智慧城市的相关概念,并对智慧城市对城市发展的作用进行了讨论,以期智慧城市为未来城市发展提供新的支持。
Since the tide of economic globalization, the global economy has been closely linked. Under the influence of the economic crisis, the global economy is underdeveloped. To effectively solve this problem, IBM first proposed the concept of a smart city in 2008. The purpose is to find a new path of development for the world economic development and recovery after the economic crisis. The concept of a smart city has been piloted in many cities in our country due to its strong practicality so as to create new opportunities for the revitalization of cities after the economic crisis. This paper first analyzes the related concepts of smart city, and discusses the role of smart city in urban development, in order to provide new support for smart city in future urban development.
