湖南郴州赤石特大桥为高墩多塔混凝土斜拉桥,其主塔墩结构设计新颖,首次在桥梁主塔墩设计上应用了双面双曲线形的设计理念。特殊的结构设计,颠覆了传统大跨径桥梁的主塔施工工艺,如何保证双面双曲线形主塔的结构线形,将是主塔施工的关键技术。该文以赤石特大桥主塔施工为例,对主塔施工的节段划分、变截面模板设计、爬模工艺及泵送混凝土浇筑等方面的相关问题进行了具体分析。
The Chenshi-Chanshi Bridge in Chenzhou, Hunan Province is a high pier and multi-tower concrete cable-stayed bridge with novel design of the main piers. The design concept of double-hyperbolic curve is applied to the design of the main pier of the bridge for the first time. The special structural design subverts the main tower construction technology of the traditional long-span bridges. How to ensure the structural linearity of the double-hyperbolic main tower will be the key technology for the construction of the main tower. Taking the construction of the main tower of Aishi Bridge as an example, the paper analyzes the related problems such as the section division of the main tower, the design of variable cross section template, the climbing process and the pumping of concrete.
