[目的]了解太原市某煤矸石空心砖厂职业病危害防治现状,为预防和控制该厂存在的职业病危害因素对健康的影响提供依据。[方法]2007年5月,太原市疾病预防控制中心职业病防制科对太原市某煤矸石空心砖厂进行现场职业卫生学调查,检测各车间生产岗位空气中粉尘浓度及粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量、噪声强度。[结果]在给料、破碎、搅拌、成型4个工作岗位合计检测27个点,总粉尘合格的12个点,合格率为44.44%,TWA为0.6~16.6mg/m3,STEL为0.6~24.0mg/m3,游离二氧化硅含量为7.90%~36.98%;噪声强度为58.6~103.7dB(A),超标率为66.67%。[结论]太原市某煤矸石空心砖厂作业岗位粉尘和噪声危害严重,存在严重的职业病危害隐患。
[Objective] To understand the prevention and control of occupational hazards in a coal gangue hollow brick factory in Taiyuan, and provide basis for preventing and controlling the health effects of occupational hazards in this plant. [Method] In May 2007, Occupational Disease Prevention Section of Taiyuan CDC conducted field occupational hygiene investigation on a coal gangue hollow brick factory in Taiyuan, and detected the dust concentration in the air in the production positions in each workshop and the content of free silica in the dust , Noise intensity. [Result] In the four jobs of feeding, crushing, stirring and molding, a total of 27 points and 12 points of total dust were tested. The pass rate was 44.44%, the TWA was 0.6 ~ 16.6mg / m3 and the STEL was 0.6 ~ 24.0 mg / m3, the content of free silica is 7.90% ~ 36.98%, the noise intensity is 58.6 ~ 103.7dB (A) and the excessive rate is 66.67%. [Conclusion] The dust and noise of a coal gangue hollow brick factory in Taiyuan City were seriously endangered. There were serious hidden dangers of occupational diseases.
