南京钢铁厂有一些大型齿轮减速器,其齿轮模数为16~30mm,直径为2~3.5m,重20~30吨。这些大齿轮在正常运转若干年后,齿面出现疲劳点蚀及严重磨损,故而不能使用,予以报废。而做一个大齿轮备件,一般生产周期要壹年以上,费用需拾余万元. 我们应用高度变位的方法,将报废的大齿轮外径车去一个X_n·M_n值,再重新滚齿,将齿面点蚀的部分切除掉.大齿轮用负变位,小齿轮用正变位,加工后就成为传动参数均不变化的新齿轮副,从而使大齿轮得以修复,重新使用。 [例]中轧车间中有一件磨损后报废的人字大齿轮,m_n=16,z=170,齿面点蚀,坑深约2~3mm。我们经过研究,决定将此大齿轮进行高度变位修复,另行制造一件相配的小齿轮。
