任何教学方法都是一定条件下的产物,因而都具有局限性。本文试图从最优化这一角度、以物理教学为例来寻求教学上的一种综合手段,目的在于提高教学质量,又不加重学生的负担。所谓最优化教学,实际上是指教学过程最优化,就是根据培养目标和教学任务考虑学生和教师的具体条件,按教学规律和教学原则的要求,制定一个最好的教学方案,然后灵活机动地执行这个方案,以期用不超过规定的时间和精力达到对该具体条件(如指一定程度和发展水平的学生)来说是最大可能的效果。这个效果反应在学生身上,就是使他们获得最合理的教育和发展。
Any teaching method is a product of certain conditions, and therefore has its limitations. This paper attempts to seek a comprehensive approach to teaching from the perspective of optimization by taking physics teaching as an example, with the purpose of improving teaching quality without increasing the burden on students.
