现有文献将研磨体对球磨机筒壁的作用力简化为集中力,不利于反映不同位置受力状况。根据极坐标系下研磨体运动的轨迹方程,推导出离心力、重力和冲击力的计算公式。以直径2.1m的球磨机为例,利用Matlab计算并绘制力与角度的关系图,直观地表达了研磨体重力和冲击力是影响球磨机寿命的关键因素,主要分布于方位角140°~220°。结论可为后续的筒体结构设计和疲劳试验以及衬板选择提供参考。
The existing literature reduces the force of the grinding body on the wall of the ball mill into a concentrated force, which is not conducive to reflecting the stress conditions at different positions. According to the trajectory equation of the grinding body in polar coordinate system, the formulas of centrifugal force, gravity and impact force are deduced. Taking the 2.1 m diameter ball mill as an example, the relationship between force and angle is calculated and plotted by Matlab, and the gravity and impact force of the grinding body are directly expressed as the key factors affecting the life of the ball mill. They are mainly distributed in the azimuth angle of 140 ° ~ 220 °. Conclusion can provide reference for subsequent cylinder structure design, fatigue test and liner selection.
