随着社会不断发展,医院也在不断地发展,不断地深化改革,与之相配套的医疗保障制度也在不断地变化升级。这些变化对医院的政工工作提出了新的要求。而医院政工工作所面对的对象的所思所想也在不断地变化,一个主要的特点是思想观念活跃,并呈多元化发展。过去的那种相对简单的宣传教育方式已不太适当新时代的发展与新形势的需要。因此,医院党委要想方设法创新政工工作方式,主动适应新新形势的变化,建立起一套稳定的与新形势相适应的思想政治队伍。本文主要在政工队伍思想建设、政工工作人员劳动价值、政工工作岗位的合理调配方面与大家探讨。
