目的探讨早期综合康复护理在缺血性脑血管病患者治疗中的应用疗效。方法选取我院2016年1-12月收治的90例缺血性脑血管病病人,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例,在入院后两组病人均由同一组护士给予基础护理。试验组在基础护理上进行综合性早期康复护理。结果两组患者通过有效的治疗和合理的护理后患者均恢复到良好状态,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑血管病病人应用综合早期康复护理,可以明显改善病人语言功能和肢体运动功能,并减少抑郁发生率,效果满意,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the application of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Ninety patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were randomly divided into control group and trial group, 45 cases in each group. After admission, both groups of patients were given basic nursing by the same group of nurses. The experimental group in the basic nursing comprehensive early rehabilitation nursing. Results Both groups recovered to good condition after effective treatment and reasonable nursing, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive early rehabilitation nursing for patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease can significantly improve the patient’s language function and limb motor function, and reduce the incidence of depression, with satisfactory results, worthy of clinical application.
