TL-851高速碳硫分析仪是运用电弧燃烧法研制而成的碳硫分析仪。我厂自1971年起,就对电弧燃烧法开展了试验研究。1972年试验成功电弧定碳,并应用于我厂生产。1975年解决了电弧定硫的吸附问题。1977年定型生产高频式电弧炉,分别荣获成都市科学大会、四川省科学大会、全国机械工业科学大会重大科技成果奖。近年来,又进行了深入研究,取得了进展,研制成功TL-851高速碳硫分析仪。经测试,碳硫回收率超过管式炉,达到高频炉燃烧的水平。适用于钢铁(碳索钢、中低合金钢、高合金钢、耐热合金、生铁,铸铁、铁合金)、有色合金、硬质合金、矿石、煤、焦、炉渣、有机物及其他材料中碳硫的测定。测量范围:碳0.005~15%;硫0.001~5%。分析时间:40~60秒钟。准确度:符合国家标准公差(GB223-81)。 TL-851高速碳硫分析仪由燃烧系统与测量系统组成。
