目的观察安多霖对微波辐射所致大鼠免疫损伤的保护作用。方法 W istar雄性大鼠140只,随机分为空白对照组、辐射组及0.75、1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组。辐射组及安多霖组动物连续灌胃给药14 d后经30 mW/cm2微波辐射15 m in,于辐射(停药)后7 d及14 d抽取外周血,应用血细胞分析仪、流式细胞仪、放免等方法分别检测外周血白细胞分类及计数、CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值、细胞白介素(IL-2、IL-4)含量。结果微波辐射后7d,辐射组CD4+/CD8+比值为(1.74±0.17),低于空白对照组(2.13±0.10)(P<0.01),0.75、3 g/kg安多霖组CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(2.15±0.16)与(2.09±0.31),高于辐射组(P<0.05);辐射后14 d,辐射组外周血白细胞为(5.82±0.72)×109/L,低于空白对照组(7.17±1.09)×109/L(P<0.05),1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组外周血白细胞分别为(9.09±1.84)、(8.61±1.86)×109个/L,高于辐射组(P<0.05),辐射组CD4+/CD8+比值为1.70±0.15,低于空白对照组(2.06±0.31)(P<0.05),1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(2.05±0.34)、(2.36±0.21),明显高于辐射组(P<0.05);辐射后7 d及14 d,血清IL-2与IL-4浓度各组间比较,无明显差异。结论给予3 g/kg安多霖14 d对30 mW/cm2微波辐射引起的大鼠免疫损伤有明显改善作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Andorin on immune injury induced by microwave in rats. Methods 140 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, radiation group and 0.75, 1.5, 3 g / kg Andolin group. Radiation group and Andolin group were given intragastric administration for 14 days and then irradiated with 30 mW / cm2 microwave for 15 mins. The peripheral blood was drawn at 7 d and 14 d after radiation (withdrawal). Blood samples were collected by flow cytometry Cytometry, radioimmunoassay and other methods were detected in peripheral blood leukocyte classification and counting, CD4 / CD8 lymphocyte ratio, interleukin (IL-2, IL-4) content. Results Compared with blank control group (2.13 ± 0.10) (P <0.01), the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in radiation group was (1.74 ± 0.17) (2.15 ± 0.16) and (2.09 ± 0.31), respectively, higher than that of the irradiated group (P <0.05). At 14 days after irradiation, the number of peripheral leukocytes in the irradiated group was (5.82 ± 0.72) × 109 / L, (9.09 ± 1.84) and (8.61 ± 1.86) × 109 / L, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in radiation group (7.17 ± 1.09 × 109 / L, P <0.05) (P <0.05). The ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in radiation group was 1.70 ± 0.15, which was lower than that in the blank control group (2.06 ± 0.31) (P <0.05) 2.05 ± 0.34) and (2.36 ± 0.21) respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the radiation group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7th day and the 14th day after the irradiation. Conclusions Administration of 3 g / kg Andolin for 14 d significantly improved the immune damage induced by 30 mW / cm2 microwave in rats.
