目的:探讨大月份药物流产的可行性。方法:选择孕10~14周正常妊娠的122例无药物流产禁忌证的孕妇,予米非司酮50 mg,2次/d口服,连服2 d,第3天晨空腹口服米索前列醇400μg,每3 h一次,最大剂量1800μg。结果:大月份药物流产成功率高。结论:对于10~14周的无药物流产禁忌证的患者可给予药物流产。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of medical abortion in the big month. Methods: Forty-two pregnant women with contraindications of no drug abortion were enrolled in this study. One hundred and twenty-two pregnant women with no drug abortion contraceptive during 10-14 weeks of gestation were given orally with 50 mg of mifepristone twice a day for 2 days. On the third day, 400μg, once every 3 h, the maximum dose of 1800μg. Results: Big month, high success rate of medical abortion. Conclusions: Medical abortion may be prescribed to patients who have contraindications to non-medical abortion for 10 to 14 weeks.
