闲置房屋出租收入作为企业经济收入的重要来源之一,有效弥补了企业的经费不足,实现了资产增值。但同时出租房屋年久失修,消防设备设施老化、承租人安全意识不强等也构成了安全隐患。出租房屋一旦发生火情,会对企业发展造成严重影响,同时企业也将承担不可推卸的安全管理责任。因此,企业做好对出租房屋的消防安全管理工作刻不容缓。本文结合出租房屋管理工作的实际情况,对出租房屋存在的火灾隐患进行分析,提出关于强化出租房屋安全管理的思考。

In the event of a fire, rental housing will have a serious impact on the development of the enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise will also assume unshirkable safety management responsibilities. Therefore, enterprises do a good job on fire safety management of rental housing without delay. Based on the actual situation of rental housing management, this paper analyzes the potential fire hazards of rental housing and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the safety management of rental housing.
