目的探讨在护理专科生中选拔助产学习意愿学生的方法及培养方式。方法在北京协和医学院护理学院2012级专科生中通过小组访谈和问卷调查,选拔具有学习助产意愿的学生,在第4学期单独开设30学时高级助产实践选修课,由首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院高年资助产士承担教学任务,学生完成理论学习和操作练习后参加考核,考核合格者安排在北京妇产医院进行8周助产生产实习。结果通过小组访谈和问卷调查,68.8%(55/80)的学生愿意参加助产学习,其中18名学生完成30学时选修课,考核全部合格。根据学生意愿,11名参加8周助产生产实习,包括产房6周,产科病房2周,实习前有书面的实习计划和内容,实习结束后进行理论考核和操作考核,毕业分配时有4名从事助产工作。结论在护理专科生中通过层层选拔并结合学生意愿培养助产方向学生是可行的方法,在目前助产人力缺乏的情况下,不失为快速培养助产人才的方法之一,为助产专业本科教育提供借鉴经验。
Objective To explore the methods and ways of selecting midwifery students in nursing specialty. Methods Through the interviews and questionnaires among the 2012 college students of Peking Union Medical College Nursing College, students with intention of learning midwifery were selected. In the fourth semester, a 30-hour advanced midwifery practice elective course was offered. Beijing Capital Medical University affiliated Beijing Obstetrics and gynecology hospital senior midwife undertake teaching tasks, students to complete the theoretical study and practice exercises to participate in assessment, assessment of those who have been eligible for 8 weeks in Beijing Maternity Hospital midwifery production internship. Results Through group interviews and questionnaires, 68.8% (55/80) of students were willing to attend midwifery. Among them, 18 students completed 30 hours of elective courses and passed the examination. According to the wishes of the students, 11 participated in midwifery internship for 8 weeks, including 6 weeks for delivery and 2 weeks for maternity wards. There were written internship plans and contents before the internship. After the internship, there were 4 theoretical and operational assessments Midwifery work. Conclusion Nursing college students through the layers of selection and combined with the wishes of students to train midwifery students is a viable approach in the current lack of midwifery manpower, after all, one of the methods to quickly train midwifery talent, midwifery majors Education provides reference experience.
