借助扫描电镜和表面形貌仪,探讨了磷在蠕铁干摩擦磨损中的作用机理。结果表明,在试验条件下以磷共晶形式存在于蠕铁中的磷,能够在摩擦表面形成富磷的塑性流变层,从而改善了摩擦表面的性质,使含磷蠕铁的摩擦磨损性能提高。
With scanning electron microscopy and surface profilometer, the mechanism of action of phosphorus in dry friction and wear of vermicular iron was discussed. The results show that the presence of phosphorus in vermicular iron as a phosphorus eutectic under the experimental conditions can form a phosphorus-rich plastic rheological layer on the friction surface, thereby improving the properties of the friction surface so that the friction and wear properties of the phosphorus-containing vermicular iron improve.
