近年来,私屠滥宰、注水肉、病死肉等涉及生猪屠宰行业的畜产品安全突发事件,频频曝光。加强生猪屠宰企业监管,确保畜产品安全,已成为社会关注,百姓关心的民生问题。如何加强生猪屠宰企业监管,搞好部门间衔接,现已提到重要议事日程。为此,笔者结合工作实际,针对当前形势,就如何加强生猪屠宰企业监管,搞好部门间无缝隙衔接发表一些意见。1生猪屠宰企业从依法管理到行业主管部门调整的演变历程1.1生猪屠宰企业依法管理时期
