目的:比较岷县当归超临界流体提取物放置3年前后化学成分的变化。方法:在设置GC-MS时,采用不分流模式技术对当归超临界流体提取物进行成分鉴定。结果:放置3年的当归超临界流体提取物与新鲜当归超临界流体提取物成分在构成上有差别,其中从放置3年前的当归超临界流体提取物中鉴定出46种成分,新鲜当归超临界流体提取物中鉴定出54种成分,相比之下,当归挥发油放置3年后α-松油醇、2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮、香树烯等成分消失。结论:当归超临界流体提取物放置3年后成分变化不大,稳定性较好。
Objective: To compare the changes of chemical composition of Angelica sinensis supercritical fluid extract in Minxian County before and after its placement for 3 years. Methods: The constituents of Angelica sinensis supercritical fluid extracts were identified by using splitless mode technique when GC-MS was set up. Results: There was a difference in composition between Angelica sinensis supercritical fluid extract and Angelica keiskei kaempferi supercritical fluid extract which were placed for three years. Among them, 46 components were identified from Angelica supercritical fluid extract three years ago, 54 components were identified in the critical fluid extract compared to the disappearance of α-terpineol, 2,4,6-cycloheptatrien-1-one, and carnionate after the Angelica sinensis volatile oil was allowed to stand for 3 years. Conclusion: After Angelica supercritical fluid extract placed for 3 years, its composition has little change and its stability is good.
