我国肺癌发病呈逐年上升趋势,目前比较成熟的基因检测是GAPDH mRNA的检测[1],我们采用实时定量PCR方法,针对GAPDH mRNA扩增测定间接反映总的游离RNA水平,建立一种新的游离RNA测定的方法,探讨通过肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和血清中的游离RNA测定,再结合细胞学检测结果,探讨是否能提高肺癌的诊断率。
The incidence of lung cancer in our country shows an upward trend year by year. At present, the more mature genetic test is the detection of GAPDH mRNA [1]. We use real-time quantitative PCR method to indirectly measure the total free RNA level for GAPDH mRNA amplification to establish a new free RNA assay, to explore the determination of free RNA in BALF and serum, combined with cytological test results to explore whether to improve the diagnosis of lung cancer.
