电信号处理技术近年来发展迅速,有关信号检测理论的研究已有许多文章公开发表。本文根据作者研制的传感器探讨了引用信号处理理论应用于无损检验测量技术领域。文章叙述了用这种新方法对于超薄带测厚以及具有粗晶材质金属表面裂纹的微小缺陷检验结果及数据分析。本文还介绍了将研制的特殊传感器列出相应的数学模型并且用相关技术对于波检试样将延迟了的电子门的同步信号作用于采样回路,在一周期内取其测量值进行均值处理,从而改善了检测表面微裂纹的信号噪声比值。
Electrical signal processing technology has developed rapidly in recent years, the signal detection theory has been published in many articles published.
