城市煤气是经过地下输配管网向用户输送,在邻近用户的干管或支管上支接引入管(一般Φ25~Φ50)穿墙送入用户。引入管的埋深均较干、支管为浅,即更接近地面,因此在严寒季节,地面温度低于地下温度时,引入管温度必然低于干、支管温度,导致湿煤气中水蒸汽冷凝。正常情况下,冷凝水顺引入管坡度自动流入干、支管而汇入集水井。
City gas is transported to the user via the underground distribution pipeline network, and the introduction pipe (usually Φ25 to Φ50) is connected to the user on the trunk or branch pipe of the adjacent user. The buried depth of the introduction pipe is shallower than that of the dry and branch pipe, that is, it is closer to the ground. Therefore, when the ground temperature is lower than the underground temperature during the cold season, the temperature of the introduction pipe must be lower than the temperature of the trunk and branch pipes, resulting in the condensation of water vapor in the wet gas. Under normal circumstances, the condensate flows into the stem and branch pipe automatically and flows into the collecting well along the slope of the inlet pipe.
