我们国家最近几年的经济以及社会的发展速度非常快,令很多西方发达国家惊叹不已。在分析经济发展的要素条件的时候,我们非常明显的发现其中一个必不可少的条件,尤其是在当今的时代背景之下——电力。电是我们开展所有活动的必要依托,是国家经济发展的基础条件。现基于目前的背景环境重点的分析介绍了当前如何做好电力项目的概算和预算工作,目的是为了更好的促进国家的经济发展,促进电力事业的稳步前进。
The economic and social development of our country in recent years has been very fast, leaving many western developed countries amazed. In analyzing the conditions of economic development, we find it very obvious one of the essential conditions, especially in today’s context - electricity. Electricity is an indispensable support for all our activities and is the basic condition for our country’s economic development. Now based on the analysis of the current background and focus on how to do current budget estimates and budget work, the purpose is to better promote the country’s economic development, and promote the steady progress of the power industry.
