由于各种原因,我国剖宫产率居高不下,且有逐年上升的趋势,非意愿妊娠要求终止妊娠者中剖宫产的比例越来越高。宫颈妊娠是一种新型的异位妊娠,该疾病往往不能早期诊断治疗,而盲目清宫,会导致大出血,甚至切除子宫,才能挽救患者生命。剖宫产率的迅速增加和居高不下却是剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的主要推手!现根据2006～2011年我院收治的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠23例的临床资料,现对其病因、临产表现、诊断及治疗进行论述。
