本文报道了木犀草素(Lut)10mg·kg~(-1)iv对麻醉犬具有明显扩张冠脉血流量及降低冠脉血管阻力的良好作用,而对心肌耗氧量无明显影响。
This article reported that luteolin (Lut) 10 mg · kg -1 iv had a significant effect on the expansion of coronary blood flow and decreased coronary vascular resistance in anesthetized dogs, but had no significant effect on myocardial oxygen consumption.
