目的探讨白花蛇舌草对阿霉素(ADM)的增效减毒作用。方法建立S180荷瘤鼠模型后,随机分为4组,荷瘤对照组、ADM组、白花蛇舌草(高、中剂量)+ADM组,每组10只。造模次日开始给药,共13天,停药次日处死,观察瘤重、肿瘤抑制率、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化。结果白花蛇舌草高剂量联合ADM组肿瘤生长明显低于ADM组;与ADM组相比,白花蛇舌草治疗组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖能力和NK细胞活性明显升高;与ADM组相比,白花蛇舌草高、中剂量治疗组心肌SOD活力升高,MDA含量下降。结论白花蛇舌草可增加ADM的抑瘤效果,提高机体免疫功能,降低ADM的心脏毒性。
Objective To investigate the synergistic and attenuated effects of Hedyotis diffusa Willd on doxorubicin (ADM). Methods S180 tumor-bearing mice model was established and randomly divided into 4 groups: tumor-bearing control group, ADM group, Hedyotis diffusa Willd (high and medium dose) + ADM group, 10 rats in each group. The model was started on the next day, for a total of 13 days. The animals were sacrificed on the following day. The tumor weight, tumor inhibition rate, peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis, natural killer (NK) cell activity, T lymphocyte proliferation, Changes in the activities of SOD, MDA and malondialdehyde (MDA). Results Compared with ADM group, the tumor growth of high dose Hedyotic diffusa combined ADM group was significantly lower than that of ADM group. Compared with ADM group, the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages, the proliferation of T lymphocytes and the activity of NK cells were significantly increased High; Compared with ADM group, Hedyotis diffusa high, medium dose treatment group myocardial SOD activity increased, MDA decreased. Conclusion Hedyotis diffusa can increase ADM antitumor effect, improve immune function, and reduce the cardiotoxicity of ADM.
