红外、可见吸收光谱和差热分析结果表明,环烷酸钴是一个含有二个配位水分子的八面体络台物。它的一个配位水被含酮有机配体取代后,另一个配位水与钴之间的配位键被活化。这种含酮配体环烷酸钴对环己烷的催化氧化是一级反应过程,反应速率决定于催化剂与环己基氢过氧化物的取代反应。它较之环烷酸钴是一种更有前途的催化剂。
Infrared, visible absorption spectra and differential thermal analysis show that cobalt naphthenate is an octahedral network containing two coordination water molecules. When one of its coordination water is replaced by a ketone-containing organic ligand, the coordination bond between the other coordinated water and cobalt is activated. The catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanone with the ketone ligand cobalt naphthenate is a first-order reaction. The reaction rate depends on the substitution reaction of the catalyst with cyclohexyl hydroperoxide. It is a more promising catalyst than cobalt naphthenate.
