目的探讨中西医结合治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将82例萎缩性阴道炎患者分为两组,各41例,治疗组予氯喹那多/普罗雌烯阴道片加用中药外治,对照组单予氯喹那多/普罗雌烯阴道片治疗。结果治疗组治愈率为95.1%,对照组治愈率为90.2%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组复发率10.3%,对照组复发率为35.1%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗萎缩性阴道炎疗效好,复发率低。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods A total of 82 patients with atrophic vaginitis were divided into two groups, 41 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with chloroquine / dopaminergic vaginal tablets with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group with chloroquinaldazine / . Results The cure rate was 95.1% in the treatment group and 90.2% in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The recurrence rate was 10.3% in the treatment group and 35.1% in the control group Significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrative treatment of atrophic vaginitis has good curative effect and low recurrence rate.
