原子吸收光谱法已广泛用于水溶液中金的测定,但当测定铜镍阳极泥或稀溶液中的微量金时,由于共存的大量其它金属的干扰或金的含量低于检测下限,导致分析结果有较大的误差。为了提高测定的相对灵敏度和选择性,我们采用二甲庚基硫醚—磺化煤油萃取富集,有机相直接喷雾测定金。方法具有结果准确、选择性好、背景小等优点。用于合成样中金的测定,回收率为100—101%,标准偏差为2.38×10~(-2)μg/ml,相对标准偏差为6.5%。当水相中金的浓度为0—25μg/25ml时服从比尔定律。测定25ml水相中15/μg金时,200mgFe、36mgCu、25mgNi、50mgMg、2.5mgPt、150μgPd不干扰。用于阳极泥中金的测定,结果满意。
Atomic absorption spectrometry has been widely used in the determination of gold in aqueous solution, but when measuring the trace amount of gold in copper-nickel anode slime or dilute solution, the result of the analysis due to the interference of a large amount of other metals or the content of gold below the detection limit There is a big error. In order to improve the relative sensitivity and selectivity of the determination, we used two heptyl sulfide-sulfonated kerosene extract enrichment, organic phase direct spray determination of gold. The method has the advantages of accurate result, good selectivity and small background. The method was applied to the determination of gold in synthetic samples with a recovery of 100-101%, a standard deviation of 2.38 × 10 -2 μg / ml and a relative standard deviation of 6.5%. Beer’s law is obeyed when the concentration of gold in the aqueous phase is 0-25 μg / 25 ml. 200mgFe, 36mgCu, 25mgNi, 50mgMg, 2.5mgPt, 150μgPd were not disturbed when measuring 15 μg gold in 25 ml water phase. Used in the anode mud gold determination, the results are satisfactory.
