目的:观察炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病的效果及对心肌酶和肝功能的影响。方法:96例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。观察组予炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗,对照组单用干扰素治疗。疗程均为5 d。疗程结束后评价两组患儿疗效,比较两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间,心肌酶与肝功能水平变化及治疗过程中药品不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗5 d后总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(77.08%,P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT水平和磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶等心肌酶水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组ALT与心肌酶水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿退热时间、口腔溃疡消退时间、手足皮疹消退时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗小儿手足口病效果显著,可明显缩短临床症状消退时间及住院时间,改善肝功能与心肌酶水平,不良反应少,值的临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children and its effect on myocardial enzymes and liver function. Methods: Ninety-six children with HFMD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases each. The observation group was given Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon treatment, the control group was treated with interferon alone. Treatment are 5 d. After treatment, the curative effect of two groups of children was evaluated. The disappearance of clinical symptoms, length of hospital stay, changes of myocardial enzymes and liver function, and incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate (93.75%) in the observation group after 5 days of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.08%, P <0.05). The levels of ALT and the levels of creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and creatine phosphokinase isoenzymes in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of ALT and myocardial enzymes in the two groups were significantly higher Lower than the control group (P <0.05). The observation group patients with fever, oral ulcer subsided time, hand-foot skin rash and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yan Hu Ning combined with interferon treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease effect is significant, can significantly shorten the clinical symptoms and hospitalization time, improve liver function and myocardial enzyme levels, fewer adverse reactions, the value of clinical application.
