随着社会科技的进步,传统的企业财务风险管理面临着越来越严重的挑战,企业财务风险管理的思路与方法迫切需要创新。本文结合财务治理与财务工程的思想,构建了一个基于风险控制的财务治理框架,为理解企业的财务治理提供了一种新的思路,同时也提出了财务治理框架下的具体风险控制措施。
With the progress of social science and technology, the traditional enterprise financial risk management is facing more and more serious challenges. The ideas and methods of enterprise financial risk management urgently need innovation. Based on the ideas of financial governance and financial engineering, this paper constructs a financial governance framework based on risk control, provides a new idea for understanding corporate financial governance and also proposes specific risk control measures under the framework of financial governance.
