目的:探讨干细胞转录因子Foxd3在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及意义。方法:采用荧光实时定量(RT-PCR)方法检测22例宫颈癌组织和12例正常宫颈组织中Foxd3 mRNA的表达水平。采用组织芯片及免疫组织化学技术检测Foxd3的蛋白表达。结果:Foxd3 mRNA在宫颈癌组织与正常组织中均有表达,宫颈癌组织中表达水平显著高于正常组。Foxd3蛋白在正常组织中没有检测到,在宫颈癌中表达水平为90.9%,在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平显著高于正常组织。结论:宫颈癌组织中存在着Foxd3蛋白,可以作为宫颈癌治疗的一个新靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of stem cell transcription factor Foxd3 in cervical cancer. Methods: The expression of Foxd3 mRNA in 22 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 12 cases of normal cervical tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-PCR). FoxD3 protein expression was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Foxd3 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues and normal tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues. Foxd3 protein was not detected in normal tissues. The expression level of Foxd3 protein in cervical cancer was 90.9%. The expression level of Foxd3 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues. Conclusion: The existence of Foxd3 protein in cervical cancer can be used as a new target for the treatment of cervical cancer.
