在转型经济独特的市场和制度情境下,创业知识的有效整合已成为新企业实现机会开发和资源管理的动态平衡以创造和获取价值的关键。然而,鲜有研究系统阐释新企业如何整合所获取的创业知识以构建和维持竞争优势的过程。基于企业知识基础观,将知识整合引入创业研究,对创业知识的内涵及类型进行界定,并从战略、文化和制度三个组织设计维度对创业知识整合方式加以深入剖析。以此为核心,基于转型经济情境构建新企业知识整合模型,分析创业知识整合方式、整合能力以及新企业竞争优势之间的关系并提出相应的命题。
In the context of a uniquely transformed economy and institutional environment, the effective integration of entrepreneurial knowledge has become the key to creating and acquiring value for new firms to achieve dynamic balance between opportunity development and resource management. However, few studies systematically explain how new firms integrate the acquired entrepreneurial knowledge to build and sustain their competitive advantage. Based on the knowledge base of enterprise, this paper introduces the integration of knowledge into the study of entrepreneurship, defines the connotation and type of the knowledge of entrepreneurship, and analyzes in depth the integration of entrepreneurship knowledge from the three organizational design dimensions of strategy, culture and system. Taking this as the core, this paper constructs a new enterprise knowledge integration model based on the transitional economy situation, analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge integration mode, integration ability and new enterprise competitive advantage and puts forward corresponding propositions.
