The decoder receives eight tones and produces 21 different outputs that meet all NASA addresses - all of the requirements for executing command equipment. This article discusses the design and construction of decoders, introduces several new circuits, such as solid-state address switches with slow-release characteristics, anti-noise single-frequency filters, and new DC stimulus memory components. Its structural feature is to isolate the impact and vibration, in order to be able to work in extremely harsh environments. In addition, the decoder is light and compact. The total weight, including the receiver, is 2 1/2 pounds and the total volume is 43 cubic inches.
