对热轧变形区工件进行受力分析 ,建立了塑性变形方程 ,考虑轧件在出口处存在弹性变形区的影响 ,以及采用轧辊表面与金属流动的摩擦系数实验模型 ,对塑性方程进行求解 ,得到热轧轧制压力的理论解 ,经与生产实测大量数据进行对比分析 ,说明其有良好的计算精度 ,并用于红冶钢厂小型材连轧辊位设定及连轧无套微张力控制 ,取得了良好的效果
The mechanical analysis of the workpiece in the hot deformation zone is carried out. The plastic deformation equation is established. The influence of the elastic deformation zone at the exit of the rolling stock and the experimental model of the friction coefficient between the roll surface and the metal flow are considered. The plastic equation is obtained, The theoretical solution of the hot rolling pressure is compared with a large amount of data measured in production to show that it has good calculation precision and is used for the setting of the small material continuous casting roll position of the Hongye Steel Mill and the control of the sleeveless micro tension control of the continuous rolling mill.
