随着社会的发展,人们对于健康越来越重视,健康成为了社会的一个新的课题。在锻炼方法的探索中,练习健身气功成为一种热潮。五禽戏是中国民间广为流传的、也是流传时间最长的健身方法之一。本文是关于中老年人核心力量锻炼方面的实验与分析,通过对不同组的中老年人练习前后的测试和数据统计及分析,说明健身气功五禽戏对中老年人核心力量的锻炼作用。
With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to health, and health has become a new topic in society. In the exploration of exercise methods, practicing fitness Qigong has become a craze. Wu Qin Xi is widely circulated among Chinese folk and is also one of the most widely used fitness methods. This article is about the experiment and analysis of the middle-aged and elderly people’s core strength training. Through the test and data statistics and analysis of different groups of middle-aged and elderly people before and after practice, this article illustrates the exercise effect of Health Qigong Wuqianxi on the core strength of the middle-aged and elderly people.
