人本主义心理学家罗杰斯指出:“创设良好的教育气氛,是保证教学有效进行的重要条件,而这种良好的教学气氛的创设又是以建立良好的人际关系为基础或前提的。”可见,良好的师幼关系是幼儿形成积极心理状态和学习行为的前提,而良好的师幼关系又是建立在教师对幼儿博大的“教育爱”的基础之上的。
