我们在自制的GDY型光谱自动分析仪配JS-10A电子计算机系统的基础上,使用上海纸品二厂生产的GP3.5-D_1型感耦高频等离子发生器,对硅酸盐中铝、铁、钙、镁,钛、锰、钡等诸元素进行了基本条件试验和同时定量分析。电子计算机系统完成数据处理和分析过程自动控制的功能,最后由电传打印机打印出分析结果。实际分析结果表明:测定质量良好,分析速度大为提高,分析成本大幅度降低,从而显示出光谱光电自动分析方法的优越性能。
Based on the homemade GDY spectrum automatic analyzer with JS-10A electronic computer system, we use GP3.5-D_1 type inductive high-frequency plasma generator produced by Shanghai Paper Factory No.2, Iron, calcium, magnesium, titanium, manganese, barium and other elements of the basic conditions for testing and simultaneous quantitative analysis. Electronic computer system to complete the data processing and analysis of the process of automatic control of the function, the final printed by the fax printer analysis results. The actual analysis results show that the quality of measurement is good, the speed of analysis is greatly improved, the cost of analysis is greatly reduced, which shows the superior performance of the method of automatic analysis of photoelectric spectrum.
