目的 :探讨白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)的变化。方法 :分别应用单克隆抗体技术和酶联吸附试验检测 31例白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和sIL 2R水平 ,并以 35名正常人作对照。结果 :白血病患者外周血CD3+ 、CD4+ 细胞数低于正常人 ,CD8+ 细胞数高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4+ /CD8+ 比值下降 (P <0 .0 1)。血清sIL 2R活性明显高于正常人 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :测定白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和sIL 2R水平对了解患者的免疫状态具有一定的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) in leukemia patients. Methods: T lymphocyte subsets and sIL 2R levels in peripheral blood of 31 leukemia patients were detected by monoclonal antibody and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and 35 normal controls were used as controls. Results: The numbers of CD3+ and CD4+ cells in peripheral blood of leukemia patients were lower than those in normal subjects, the number of CD8+ cells was higher than normal (P<0.01), and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was decreased (P<0.01). Serum sIL 2R activity was significantly higher than normal (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The determination of T lymphocyte subsets and sIL 2R levels in peripheral blood of patients with leukemia has certain clinical value in understanding the immune status of patients.
