本文报道在除干扰后以比色法测定五补液中人参皂甙含量。平均回收率为９８．２％、ＣＶ＝２．２％，为五补液内在质量控制提供技术资料。
In this paper, the content of ginsenosides in Wuxu fluid was determined by colorimetry after interference. The average recovery rate was 98.2% and the CV was 2.2%, which provided technical data for the intrinsic quality control of the Wuxing.
