目的 :建立雄性大鼠前肢主动运动模型并观察其对去势雄性大鼠尺、桡骨骨量减少的影响。方法 :建立前肢主动运动取食动物模型并去势以观察尺骨、桡骨部位骨量的影响。6月龄大鼠按体重随机分为 5组。(1 )对照组 ;(2 )假手术组 +正常高度笼 ;(3)双侧睾丸切除组 +正常高度笼 ;(4)假手术组 +模型组 ;(5)双侧睾丸切除组 +模型组。结果 :模型组大鼠的尺、桡骨骨皮质都有显著增加。结论 :大鼠前脚趾掌主动运动对远端尺骨和远端桡骨有良好的作用 ,可有效地防止雄性去势大鼠相应部位的骨量丢失。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of forelimb movement in male rats and observe its effect on the reduction of bone mass and radius in ovariectomized male rats. Methods: Animal models of forelimb active feeding were established and castrated to observe the effect of bone mass on the ulna and radius. Six-month-old rats were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight. (1) control group; (2) sham operation group and normal height cage; (3) bilateral testicular resection group and normal height cage; (4) sham operation group and model group; (5) bilateral testicular excision group + model group. Results: The ulnar radius and radial cortical bone of model rats increased significantly. Conclusion: The active movement of anterior toe of rats has a good effect on the distal ulna and the distal radius, which can effectively prevent the loss of bone mass in the corresponding parts of male castrated rats.
