文章提出深化对培养、选拔、使用少数民族干部工作重要性的认识,是广西培养选拔少数民族工作上台阶的先行条件;要克服一些不正确的观念和认识;要结合实际,进一步抓好落实。
The article puts forward that deepening understanding of the importance of training, selecting and using minority cadres is a precedent condition for Guangxi to train and select the ethnic minorities in work; it is necessary to overcome some incorrect concepts and understandings; and further consolidate the implementation in light of the actual conditions.
