双层防水膜红胶泥衬底技术,是笔者经过几年的探索和实践而取得的相当成功的科研成果。其技术是:先将两层防水膜分层铺衬在邦底部位,再将事先处理好的红膜胶泥衬覆垫压在上面,以取代钢筋混凝土,具有同样的防渗漏效果,且使用耐久又具有良好的柔韧性和防热胀冷缩所引起的裂变作用。施工流程简便,与钢筋混凝土现浇工程相比,能节约大量资金,是城市园林湖泊建设和工农业生产中雨水积流工程等良好的利用途径。
