依据分形理论,研究了磨合期相匹配的表面的分形特征。通过试验证明,磨合匹配的表面轮廓在一定尺度范围内存在着显著的分形特征。根据试验获得的磨合期匹配表面的分形曲线图,提出了两种判定磨合期的方法:①磨合期匹配表面的分形维数的变化趋势判定法。②磨合期匹配表面的计算分形维数的差值判定法。
According to the fractal theory, the fractal characteristics of the surface matching the run-in period were studied. It is proved through experiments that there is a significant fractal characteristic in the range of certain scale when the surface contours of running-in match. According to the fractal curve of the matched surface during the run-in period, two methods for judging the run-in period were put forward: (1) Judgment of the change trend of the fractal dimension of the matching surface during the run-in period. ② Run-in period matching surface calculation fractal dimension difference judgment method.
