2010年,共选取河北、山东、山西、陕西、河南、北京和甘肃7个省市的小麦样品114份,对籽粒感官性状、质量指标、品质性状进行了全面分析和评价。结果表明:53.5%的小麦样品粗蛋白质含量达到优质强筋小麦国家标准,9.6%的小麦样品粗蛋白质含量达到优质弱筋小麦国家标准;19.3%的小麦样品湿面筋含量达到优质强筋小麦国家标准,5.3%的小麦样品湿面筋含量达到优质弱筋小麦国家标准;31.6%的小麦样品稳定时间达到优质强筋小麦国家标准,21.1%的小麦样品稳定时间达到优质弱筋小麦国家标准。
In 2010, a total of 114 wheat samples from Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Beijing and Gansu provinces were selected and their sensory traits, quality indexes and quality traits were analyzed and evaluated.
