2004年底,为期两年的俄罗斯空军新款轻型军用运输机的招标工作揭开了谜底。苏霍伊设计局的苏-80TD、图波列夫设计局的图-136T、米亚西舍夫设计局的 M-60LVTS、米高扬设计局的米格-110VT和伊柳辛设计局的伊尔-112V 分别参加了竞标。终果,伊尔-112V 中标,并将在沃罗涅日飞机制造厂投产,以接替正在空军服役的安-26轻型军用运输机。
The end of 2004, the two-year Russian Air Force light military transport aircraft new tender opened the answer. Su-80TD from Sukhoi Design Bureau, Tu-136T from Tupolev Design Bureau, M-60LVTS from Miasishuf Design Bureau, MiG-110VT from Mikoyan Design Bureau and Iran- Seoul -112V participated in the bidding respectively. As a result, Il-112V won the bid and will be commissioned at the Voronezh aircraft factory to replace the An-26 light military transport aircraft currently in service with the Air Force.
