笔者应用Unigraphics NX4.0软件对钻机回转器齿轮进行三维建模,并将三维模型导入ANSYS软件,避免了直接利用ANSYS建立齿轮模型的复杂过程。总结了UG软件和ANSYS软件的接口技术,降低了导入过程中模型的数据丢失与失真度;应用ANSYS软件对齿轮模型的齿根应力进行了计算与分析,并应用传统的齿轮齿根应力简化公式,对ANSYS软件计算结果进验算,验算结果表明,ANSYS软件计算结果准确,满足设计要求;同时,为了计算和比较的方便,利用C语言编写了齿轮齿根应力简化公式程序。
The author uses Unigraphics NX4.0 software to make three-dimensional modeling of the drill rotor gear and import the three-dimensional model into the ANSYS software to avoid the complex process of directly establishing the gear model by ANSYS. The interface technology between UG software and ANSYS software is summarized, and the data loss and distortion of the model during the process of importing are reduced. The tooth root stress of the gear model is calculated and analyzed by ANSYS software.
