目的 研究 3个批号的治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白在体外对SARS CoV的抑制作用。方法 确定SARS CoVBJ 0 1株毒力后 ,采用MTT法确定药物对Vero E6细胞的毒性。将一定量的SARS CoVBJ 0 1株病毒液加入培养好的Vero E6细胞中 ,置 37℃ ,5 %CO2 孵箱中培养不同时间后加入以最大无毒浓度开始的不同浓度的药物继续培养 ,采用MTT法检测药物对病毒的抑制作用。结果 3个批号的治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白不同时间点的治疗指数 (TI) :2h组 >6h组 >1 2h组 >2 4h组 ;2 0 0 30 7批 >2 0 0 30 6批 >2 0 0 30 8批。结论 治疗用马抗SARS CoV免疫球蛋白在体外均有抗SARS CoV作用 ,其中 2 0 0 30 7批的抗病毒效果最好 ,为其用于SARS治疗提供了实验依据。

Conclusion The therapeutic anti-SARS CoV immunoglobulin has anti-SARS CoV activity in vitro. The anti-SARS CoV vaccine has the best anti-SARS activity in 20 batches, providing an experimental basis for the treatment of SARS.
