高房价一直以来是中国改革开放至今最复杂、最严重的问题之一。对于房地产市场机制的形成原理,目前已经有很多优秀论文做出了很细致的研究,但是对于房地产市场机制的计量研究却并不多见。本文的目的是从博弈的视角出发,审视房地产产业链中各主要相关博弈方在博弈中的相关得益、动机及行为的前提条件下,提取2011年安徽省统计年鉴中各市房地产行业的相关经济指标,并通过SPSS软件进行因子分析,说明安徽省房地产行业的发展结构状况。
High housing prices have always been one of the most complicated and serious problems China has experienced since the reform and opening up. For the forming principle of the real estate market mechanism, there are a lot of outstanding papers to make a very detailed study, but the metrological study of the real estate market mechanism is rare. The purpose of this paper is to examine the relevant economy of the real estate industry in cities in Anhui Province in 2011 according to the premise of the relevant benefits, motives and behaviors of all the major game players in the real estate industry chain from the game perspective. Indicators, and SPSS software for factor analysis to illustrate the development of Anhui real estate industry structure.
