目的评价重庆市某劳教所劳教青少年艾滋病知识及心理健康状况干预效果。方法 2008年采取艾滋病知识集中宣讲、互动教育、健康知识宣讲、个人及群体心理辅导等方法进行9个月的干预,评价指标包括校外青少年艾滋病知识调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及艾森克人格评分(EPQ)。结果干预后调查对象艾滋病核心知识知晓率有明显提高,其中未成年组总体知晓率由干预前的93.48%提高到99.00%,成年组总体知晓率由干预前的85.46%提高到97.00%。干预后各组抑郁评分、焦虑评分有显著改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但艾森克人格评分无明显改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过9个月的规范化干预,重庆市某劳教所劳教青少年的艾滋病预防知识正确回答率明显提高,并改善其抑郁和焦虑状态。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of HIV / AIDS knowledge and mental health among laboring and adolescents in a labor camp in Chongqing. Methods A total of 9 months’ interventions were conducted on HIV / AIDS knowledge dissemination, interactive education, preaching of health knowledge, individual and group psychological counseling in 2008. The evaluation indicators included questionnaire on HIV / AIDS among out-of-school children, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), depression Self-rating Scale (SDS) and Eysenck Personality Score (EPQ). Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among the surveyed subjects was significantly improved. The overall awareness rate of the underage subjects increased from 93.48% before intervention to 99.00%. The overall awareness among adults was increased from 85.46% before intervention to 97.00%. After intervention, the scores of depression and anxiety in each group were significantly improved (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found in the score of Eysenck personality (P> 0.05). Conclusions After 9 months of standardized intervention, the correct answer rate of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge among labor-camping adolescents in a labor camp in Chongqing Municipality has been significantly improved, and their depression and anxiety status have been improved.
