随着近年来公安部强力推进执法规范化建设成效显著,公安机关依法办案程度的不断提高,使警方对家庭暴力案件干预的主动性和适度性得到增强。但有数据显示,近两年家庭暴力案件在各地派出所接处警案件中所占比例呈现逐年上升的趋势,且案件的复杂程度和处理难度也随之提高。笔者认为,若能在公安机关处置家庭暴力现场过程中植入“3A安全处置 With the vigorous promotion of law enforcement by the Ministry of Public Security in recent years, remarkable achievements have been made.
