神光-Ⅲ项目属于典型的大科学工程项目,该类项目计划管理通常面临着实施复杂、需要兼顾科研和工程特点等突出问题。通过神光-Ⅲ项目计划管理实践,对计划管理范围界定、管理体系建立、计划编制流程固化、控制机制确立等进行了系统分析,相关方法和思路的运用可为类似大科学工程项目计划管理的实施提供一定参考和借鉴。
Shen Guang-Ⅲ project belongs to a typical large-scale scientific project. Project management of such projects usually faces such prominent problems as complicated implementation and scientific and engineering characteristics. Through the practice of SG-III project planning management, this paper systematically analyzes the scope of project management, the establishment of management system, the solidification of planning process and the establishment of control mechanism.
